Oliver Racing Big Block Chevy Max

Big horsepower requires a stronger rod, so Oliver Racing developed its new MAX-PLUS connecting rod series. The BBMX-Plus is for big block Chevy applications. It offers a 55% increase in area from housing bore to bolt spot face corner for added strength and protection for high-horsepower applications.

This new rod also provides a 12% increase in cap rib thickness, which protects from deformation of CCP during stroke to BDC. A four times larger radius at bolt spot face also provides additional strength and integrity.
